Owns the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for the program. Develops test plans manages the QA Engineer coordinates UAT with WMATA stakeholders and ensures all deliverables meet acceptance criteria before go-live.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Experience:Senior: 6 years QA/testing experience; 3 years testing ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms; experience managing QA on Agile programs.
Certifications: ISTQB Certified Test Manager (CTM) or CSTE preferred; Agile testing certification (e.g. ISTQB Agile) a plus.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan covering functional integration regression performance and UAT
Define test case standards defect classification criteria and entry/exit criteria for each sprint
Manage test execution for all nine tasks; track defects in Jira; report quality metrics to Program Manager
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with WMATA business owners across DM Payroll HR and UDR
Produce Testing and Validation Reports and sign off on go-live readiness for each deliverable
