This role ensures our organization maintains top-tier compliance data accuracy and operational excellence across all functions. Youll lead Quality Assurance efforts related to ourTexas-issued Personal Assistance Services (PAS) licenseandTexas Health & Human Services (HHS)regulations provide hands-on support to Scheduling operations oversee caregiver recruitment and on-boarding for Houston and safeguard the integrity of our data withinWellSkyto enable smarter business insights and future AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance (30%)
Maintain continuous compliance with Texas PAS and HHS requirements.
Conduct internal audits of caregiver and client documentation.
Develop and update QA policies procedures and checklists.
Serve as the primary contact for State audits and compliance inquiries.
Identify compliance risks and improvement opportunities.
Scheduling Team Support (20%)
Provide operational support on Mondays (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) during peak workflows.
Help resolve schedule conflicts match caregivers to clients and maintain accuracy.
Ensure scheduling practices meet licensing and internal standards.
Recommend process improvements for recurring challenges.
Houston Caregiver Recruitment & On-boarding (20%)
Lead caregiver recruitment screening and hiring for the Houston market.
Manage on-boarding credentialing and training activities.
Ensure caregivers meet quality compliance and care standards.
Maintain a strong reliable caregiver pipeline.
Data Integrity & Systems Accuracy (30%)
Serve as WellSky system data steward to ensure clean accurate and complete data.
Oversee data cleaning reporting and governance processes.
Support cross-departmental reporting and compliance data needs.
Prepare datasets and infrastructure for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
Generate monthly insights to guide operational strategy.
Qualifications
Required:
3 years of experience in QA data management or healthcare operations.
Knowledge of Texas HHS and PAS licensing requirements (or ability to learn quickly).
Proficiency in managing data accuracy across systems like WellSky or similar.
Exceptional attention to detail organization and follow-through.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in home care home health or personal assistance services.
Background in caregiver recruitment or on-boarding.
Knowledge of data governance and analytics readiness.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
