Lead Operations Training Coordinator
How will you make an impact
As a Lead Operations Training Coordinator you will be at the center of employee development within the distribution center. You will drive training excellence by leading onboarding re-training initiatives and ongoing development for employees at all levelsfrom Material Handlers to site leadership. Youll also play a key role in supporting engagement ensuring training compliance through SFLMS and helping employees navigate systems like Workday and benefits resources.
