Job Summary

Job Title:QA Engineer
Location: Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project

Executes test cases identifies and logs defects and performs regression testing across ServiceNow modules under the direction of the QA Lead. Develops automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF).

Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:Senior: 3 years software QA/testing experience; 1 year testing ServiceNow or comparable platforms; experience writing and executing automated test scripts.
Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) required; ServiceNow CSA or experience with ATF preferred.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Write execute and maintain detailed test cases and automated ATF test suites for all ServiceNow modules
Log track and retest defects in Jira following the programs defect lifecycle process
Perform API-level testing using Postman or SoapUI for all integrations
Support regression testing after each sprint release and prior to production deployments
Contribute to UAT support materials and assist business users during UAT sessions

Key Skills: ServiceNow ATF Jira Postman/SoapUI test case writing regression testing defect management basic JavaScript for test scripting
