Job Summary
Medical and product training on disease management and updating sales force team with latest medical insight with clinical findings conducting CME/RTD and participating in scientific meetings as well as attending medical inquiries and meeting KOLs to follow up on inquiries when required.
General Responsibilities
- Medical & Product Training disease management
- Increasing scientific knowledge in terms of standards and quality of the sales force
- Ensuring internal team knowledge is up to date via regular and scheduled training Building scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Support detailing and disease management to healthcare professionals
- Collect and compile feedback from KOLs
- Conducting round table discussions with healthcare professionals (including commercial & technical perspectives)
- Initiate CME programs for internal and external customers partnering sales & marketing team General
- To undertake other responsibilities and duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time
- To participate in and support any teamwork activities from time to time.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of reading and presenting clinical studies
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories including handling procedures shelf life warranties etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English both written and spoken
Education
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/MBBS.
- Minimum 1-year experience with a similar role. Fresh graduates with a pharmacy background are welcome to apply.
