Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a logistics company (Singapore-HQ) with their office based locally in KL Sentral (Kuala Lumpur). We are looking for an Accounts Executive experienced in handling full sets of accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

Reports directly to Accountant and GM on matters of finance and accounts
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial/ management/ cash flow reports.
Able to handle Accounts Payable closing and Bank Reconciliation.
Provide monthly analysis and interpretation of financial results/performance.
Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies/procedures.
Liaise with external auditors company secretaries tax agents bankers as well as relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting field or LCCI or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Demonstrated experience in handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.
Proficient in written and conversational English

Job Details:

Permanent employment
Working hours : Mon - Fri (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
OT is expected on monthly closing period
Office is near to MRT KL Sentral station
