Your Mission
As our Technical Sales Representative for France you will drive sales growth manage key accounts (direct customers and distributors) and provide technical expertisefocusing on the bakery ice cream and savory sectors. You will position Oterra as the trusted partner for high-quality natural colors working closely with our South Europe team and internal support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Oterras customer and distributor portfolio in France.
  • Develop new business opportunities and long-term projects.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for your accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITCs Product Management Business Support).
  • Use Oterras tools (CRM forecasting etc.) to track performance and sales activities.
  • Promote product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage pricing and contracts.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time for customer visits training and industry events.

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years in technical sales or commercial roles within the food industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
    • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English. Spanish and Italian are a plus.
