  • Remuneration of $129 464 - $142665 plus super and leave loading

About the Opportunities

We are excited to announce openings for multiple temporary University Partnership Lead - Grade 9/10 positions until 30 June 2027; and welcome applications from individuals with experience and enthusiasm for partnership engagement to support teacher attraction and quality.

From this recruitment process a talent pool will be created to fill future University Partnership Lead - Clerk Grade 9/10 roles.

  • Primarily based on campus the 3 successful applicants may also be required to work from home or attend the NSW Department of Educations headquarters in Parramatta.

About you

You are an experienced teacher and accomplished partnership strategist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who:

  • Will be collaborative agile and disciplined about delivering outcomes for students of NSW.
  • Are excited by challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can problem solve and build innovative teacher attraction strategies that you know will make a difference in our schools and communities.
  • Have relevant experience delivering partnership programs and projects.
  • Have a results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Are confident in navigating multiple platforms as well as consulting with subject matter experts to identify and design fit for purpose teacher attraction strategies that are responsive to priority initiatives across the School Workforce Directorate.
