B2B marketing experience ideally in SMB telco or tech.
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of salesled growth.
Comfortable working with performance data sales inputs and customer insights.
Confident campaign owner who can work independently.
Clear communicator with strong proposition and messaging skills.
Proven ability to solve problems show leadership work both independently and in a team and adapt quickly.
How will you support our Why
Lead SMB marketing programs to drive acquisition retention and crosssell.
Plan deliver and optimise B2B demand campaigns endtoend.
Turn product and pricing information into clear value propositions for small business.
Work closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.
Refine channel mix and messaging using insights and performance data.
Manage campaign budgets forecasts and efficiency.
Track and report performance turning insights into actionable improvements.
