As the Measurement and Insight Lead you will engage with leaders across Digital Technology Solutions to understand their objectives and priorities. You will collaboratively design metrics and key performance indicators that provide visibility into how digital services and products are performing and how they enable strategic objectives.

This is more than reporting. Youll design and embed a measurement framework that drives smarter decision-making strengthens IT-as-a-business capability and supports continuous improvement across a complex evolving environment.

Working alongside subject matter experts youll develop innovative approaches to capturing and analysing performance data transforming it into clear actionable insights. Using tools such as Microsoft Power BI youll bring data to lifetelling compelling stories that influence direction and outcomes at a strategic level.

In this role you will:

  • Design and implement meaningful IT performance frameworks including both quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Define success measures and build reporting solutions that provide real visibility and impact
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making contributing to increased digital and organisational maturity
  • Collaborate with leaders across diverse functions to align on shared and area-specific goals
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that inform strategy and enhance performance
  • Leverage your strengths across stakeholder engagement business acumen analytics and communication to influence outcomes

This continuing position is full time at a HEW 8 Higher Education Worker level and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
