- Experience: 2 years of dedicated experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid background in the B2B Tech or SaaS sectors.
- The Tech Stack: Proficiency with tools like Apollo Lusha Cognism or ZoomInfo and experience using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Communication: Professional-level English and German with the ability to navigate complex objections and build rapport quickly over the phone and LinkedIn.
- Execution: A proven track record of managing your own lead generation and multi-channel outreach.
