Job Summary

1. Position Overview

The Head of HR is responsible for leading and executing the overall human resources strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition organizational development compensation & benefits performance management and employee engagement across nationwide operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business growth and expansion plans.

- Advise CEO and leadership team on organizational design workforce planning and talent strategy.

- Build and optimize organizational structure including workforce restructuring when necessary.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy including employer branding and talent pipeline development.

- Oversee recruitment for all levels from entry-level to senior leadership positions.

- Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to enhance workforce capability.

- Develop competency frameworks succession planning and career pathing systems.

- Design and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

- Implement and manage performance management systems (KPIs OKRs Balanced Scorecard).

- Drive employee engagement initiatives corporate culture and internal communication programs.

- Manage employee relations resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Lead and manage HR teams across multiple locations ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare periodic HR reports and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

3. Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.

- Minimum 710 years of HR experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in companies with 500 employees or multi-location operations.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and modern HR frameworks.

- Proven experience in building HR systems policies and organizational structures.

- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition C&B performance management and L&D.

- Strong leadership and team management skills (managing teams of 10 members).

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.

- Proactive adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
