Are you intrigued about this work
- Accounting Operations & Close: Manage general ledger governance accounting processes and monthly/quarterly/year-end close across international entities; ensure timely reconciliations and high-quality accounting deliverables.
- Technical Accounting & Policy: Ensure appropriate accounting treatment and consistent application of accounting policies (US GAAP/IFRS) across countries; partner with Corporate Accounting on complex transactions and policy updates.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop document and enforce internal controls policies and procedures across international locations (including SOX-aligned controls as applicable); remediate control gaps and strengthen governance.
- Audit & Statutory Reporting: Coordinate internal and external audits for international operations; oversee statutory financial statements and support local filings in partnership with local teams and advisors.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Partner with local accounting teams and shared services; provide coaching standardize processes and collaborate with senior leadership to support scalable international operations.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/International Accounting Standards.
- Experience with financial software ERP systems and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- A bachelors degree in accounting/finance required and a CPA a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to travel as needed (15%)
