Description
TKO StaffPros LLC is actively seeking a Bilingual Quality Control professional to join our dedicated team in Memphis. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the quality of our staffing and recruiting services while working in a dynamic environment.
Pay: Up to $23.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible 1st Mid or 2nd Shift (Based on Operational Needs)
Overtime: Required as needed including occasional Saturday mornings
In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our processes. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will be invaluable as you collaborate with various departments to implement effective quality measures ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients expectations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits on staffing processes and procedures
- Review and analyze client feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards
- Document and report quality control findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Assist in the development of quality control policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between clients and the quality control team
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and another language
- Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus
