Accounting Specialist
The Accounting Specialist ensures all Accounts Payable transactions are processed accurately and timely while supporting shared services finance operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls across multiple reporting entities.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices and cross-charges for key reporting entities ensuring accuracy and timely booking of AP transactions
Support the Purchasing Card program and Travel and Expense (T&E) management process
Maintain financial records through proper filing scanning and documentation controls
Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
Collaborate within the finance team to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies
More about you:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
Experience with SAP preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This roles pay range is between: $69120 - $86400 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
