Overview:

Sentara Health is hiring a Supervisor Patient Accounting to work full time days with the billing and client services department in the consolidated lab.

The Supervisor Patient Accounting supervises assigned staff; manages the day-to-day billing and collections (or reporting and audit) activities of assigned area; participates in strategic planning for the department; serves as a technical resource to team members assisting with tasks as necessary; communicates effectively with supervisor staff patients third party payors and others to resolve problems and/or concerns.

We provide market-compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay for Full Time employment this position is min $ 29.21 max $ 48.68 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities .
