BASE SALARY: $85280 to $132000

HOSPITAL: 330bed Joint Commission-accredited post-acute facility
OPEN POSITION for a Nurse Manager LTC to lead our clients dedicated teams in a 42bed subacute rehab floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee safe age-appropriate care aligned with National Patient Safety Goals
- Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster teamwork mentor staff and promote unit excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Someone with great leadership skills personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
- Someone who leads by example for the team.
- RN with Maryland license CPR (BLS) certification
- Associates degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred
- 57 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing including management experience
