Overview
Position Purpose: Perform commissions and bonus calculations as well as ensure accuracy and quality in the processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly commission/bonus payout calculations for multiple groups including external Introducing Brokers and internal Producers utilizing the Xactly Incent System as well as Excel when required.
- Understand IB deals and Producer employment contracts to design in Xactly accurately the calculations and sources needed.
- Assist with system upgrades integrations and consolidation.
- Crosstrain when required to be a cohesive team member.
- Prepare GL entries to post variable compensation accruals and other entries into Oracle.
- Adhere to deadlines and communicate effectively whenever that is not possible.
- Respond efficiently to our IBs and Producers on any questions or disputes.
- Provide management reporting and respond to questions.
- Meet payroll and accounts payable deadlines to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile the commissions/bonuses payment processing and communicate differences found.
- Cooperate with other departments when required.
- Review Dashboards and Reporting required for each user as necessary.
- Assist with Xactly updates and regression testing.
- Train and participate in development of Self and Commissions Team.
- Complete all mandatory training assigned by the company.
- Participates in developing enhanced reporting and effectiveness of the Commissions Department.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years work experience in Commissions or other Accounting/Finance function
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Excel is a must
- Proficient in Oracle is preferred
- Proficient in Xactly is a plus
- Strong work ethic with emphasis on organization and attention to details
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
