Location: St. Cloud MN 56303
Job Type: Temp to hire

Work Type: Onsite

Shift: 10 pm to 6 am Sun to Thurs (3rd shift)

Job description:

Primary function will be:

Perform direct maintenance and repair of all building equipment as preventive and corrective maintenance(troubleshooting) i.e. RTU Fans
Utilize the Megamation system to track the PM schedule on time and Work orders
Follow up of his KPIs in charge
Follow up the records of the Water and Energy Consumption for the campus
Support the Production Needs in regards to facilities
Receive contractors and follow up for control

Specific Skills Needed:

Mechanical and control systems

Minimum Requirements: Education/ Experience

High School education or equivalent preferred.
1 year of previous related experience and/or training with proven ability to work in manufacturing equipment required.
Knowledge of the use of tools for equipment preferred. i.e. Test equipment/measuring tools (thermometer wrenches hammer)
Mechanical knowledge and electronic knowledge are helpful.
