Job Summary
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive Insurance Broking
Location: Pune Maharashtra (Only Local Candidates)
Salary:per month (Negotiable for good candidates)
Experience: 13 Years in Retail Insurance Sales / Insurance Broking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling references walk-ins and marketing activities.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide post-sales service including policy renewals endorsements and claims support.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.
Collect and verify required documents for policy processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely reporting.
Stay updated with insurance products market trends and competitors.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
13 years of experience in retail insurance sales / insurance broking / financial services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of insurance products and digital platforms

Policy renewal ratio
