Job Summary

The Business Development Director for REDACTED (a brand of IDIQ) is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding enterprise partnerships for IDIQs executive identity protection solutions. This role leads revenue generation initiatives across multiple verticals increasing adoption of REDACTEDs concierge-level identity protection services for high-risk individuals including C-suite executives senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals.

The Senior Business Development Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers positioning REDACTEDs comprehensive protection modelwhich includes proactive threat assessments layered security protections continuous monitoring and full-service identity resolution delivered through dedicated Identity Intelligence Officers.

This role develops and executes strategic sales plans leveraging executive relationships to secure enterprise agreements with organizations seeking to offer REDACTED services to their executives employees or customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the REDACTED product suite competitive landscape and industry trends related to identity protection executive risk and credit monitoring to effectively position solutions in the market.
  • Develop and execute a targeted market strategy designed to achieve revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligning sales efforts with overall business development objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including cold calling networking referrals and social selling with a focus on organizations serving high-risk executives and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to organizations and senior decision-makers clearly articulating the value and benefits of REDACTEDs executive identity protection services.
  • Manage and track a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (Zoho) and established processes while cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to secure and maintain enterprise agreements.
  • Lead contract negotiations address client objections and finalize agreements to meet or exceed sales targets including processing orders through completion with executed contracts and payment.

Additional Responsibilities

 

  • Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent level of experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful senior sales experience. Strong emphasis on business-to-business sales wealth management relationships and executive engagement.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and partner acquisition goals
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals.
  • Solid business acumen and proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Works collaboratively with team members.
  • The ability to travel as needed attend trade shows conferences and present virtually and in-person.  

Preferred Skill & Experience: 

  • Strong working ability of Microsoft Office products (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong consultative sales presentation telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional skills with the ability to engage listen and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative with the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent change and interest in taking on new tasks.
  • High level of organization skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.
  • Plans organizers schedules and budgets in an efficient productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.

Additional Information :

Position Details:This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours/week) working a hybrid schedule in our Temecula CA office. 

Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $90000 to a maximum of $125000 based on a full-time schedule and is eligible for incentive compensation.  The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications and experience.

Supervisory:  No supervisory responsibilities. 

Business Office Environment:  This position operates in a professional office setting. The environment includes the use of standard office equipment such as computers phones and printers. Noise levels range from low to moderate and may increase during periods of high activity or team collaboration. The position may require sustained periods of concentration handling multiple priorities or meeting deadlines which may contribute to moderate stress at times. The employee should be able to work effectively in this type of environment and adapt to occasional fluctuations in workflow or office conditions.

Physical Requirements: 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate with members stakeholders and colleagues and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly and effectively. The employee frequently remains in a stationary position for extended periods of time and occasionally moves about the workspace. The role also requires constant operation of a computer or other office equipment. The employee may be required to push pull or otherwise move up to 10-30 pounds of various equipment. Duties may include but are not limited to repetitive tasks such as operating a computer keyboard and mouse while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about an assigned work area.
