Job Summary
Primary function is to provide strategy direction and oversight to design the future business model and service offerings for AbbVie Complete Access- a key organization focused on delivering meaningful support and solutions to customers. Responsible for developing championing and implementing processes and tools to support compliance while ensuring the organizations ability to effectively deliver against strategic and financial plans. Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals objectives schedules and deliverables. Requires ability to manage large-scale complex projects including multiple interdependencies as well as managing multiple functions without direct authority. Responsible for ongoing management and optimization of service model design understands how to translate vision into scalable solutions and thrives in building frameworks that support long-term sustainability adaptability and impact.
- Design a forward-looking business model and service offering strategy for AbbVie Complete Access that aligns with customer needs and organizational priorities.

- Collaborate with the cross-functional leaders to identify strategic opportunities inform service design and build alignment around future direction.
- Innovate through the cross-functional teams to build simple effective strategies that are customized to needs of internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all strategies and plans are developed in partnership with the business; routinely check in with stakeholders to maintain alignment and relevance. Ensure all activity is ethical and compliant.
- In partnership with monitoring teams provide recommended actions to enhance training communication processes and systems that support our compliance operations.
- Lead regular meetings with workstream leads to assess effectiveness of compliance program share best practices identify opportunities and communicate updates/progress to Sr. Leadership.
- Build a roadmap for capability development including team structure resource planning and governance models. Establish success metrics and lead ongoing refinement of service offerings to ensure continued relevance and value.
- Drive recommendations to improve business operating procedures. Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
- 10 years experience in a complex matrix organization including: 5-7 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry 5 years leading teams and demonstrated experience running large scale projects effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new frameworks and capabilities from concept through execution.
- Proven strength in strategic planning organizational design and leading through ambiguity.
- A high level of oral and written communication skills is required.
- Program management experience with demonstrated decision-making is required. Person must have demonstrated ability to work under pressure to think strategically in problem solving and decision-making.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic locationand we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
