Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical training strategy across Brazil transportation sites: onboarding continuous learning and retraining;
- Lead frequently learning strategies to keep performance on track for each individual;
- Drive ramp-up and continuous learning programs focused on productivity and quality;
- Plan execute and monitor training initiatives for new site launches;
- Build strong partnerships with operational leaders to deliver scalable and high-impact learning solutions;
- Leverage data and business metrics to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in organizations with high standards in e-commerce technology logistics or industrial processes;
- Leading training and/or operational excellence initiatives;
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply continuous improvement tools;
- Intermediate knowledge of English: necessary for frequent writing reading and speaking.
- Available to work 100% in person;
- 25% time dedicated to travel (off peak season) and 50% (during peak season).
