We are looking for an Junior HR Operations Analyst where you will get a chance to play a key role in ensuring payroll excellence managing time and attendance administering benefits and supporting HR communications and employee engagement initiatives within a diverse team that pushes boundaries.
About the Job
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including validations audits and reconciliations
- Manage time and attendance processes ensuring compliance with local labor legislation
- Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and adjustments
- Manage the employee benefits lifecycle (enrollment changes and terminations)
- Maintain HR data accuracy across systems (hires changes terminations)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Support the execution of HR internal communication initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of internal HR events (onboarding sessions engagement activities celebrations town halls)
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and controls
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
- 1 year of experience in HR Operations Payroll HR Administration or similar roles.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of payroll time management and benefits processes
- Experience working with HR systems or HR databases
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher
