Shifts: 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotative)

Job Description:
Be a key part of a high-impact e-commerce project as a Greek Customer Support Representative in Lisbon! Youll assist users through inbound and outbound calls resolving issues for buyers sellers customers and content creators while making a real difference in their online experience. This role is perfect if you love problem-solving enjoy working in a dynamic international environment and want to grow your skills in customer service and e-commerce operations. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and platform success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and empathetic support through inbound and outbound calls
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues efficiently and accurately
  • Review cases within agreed turnaround times and maintain quality standards
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues following company procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong moderation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Empathetic rational decision-making under pressure
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to handle high call volumes during peak seasons

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 920 (14 months)
  • Complexity bonus: 45 (11 months)
  • Welcome Bonus: 1500
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20/month
  • Health Insurance from Day 1 (upon NIF & NISS registration) free after 6 months
