Job Summary
Application Support (Linux & OpenShift)
We are looking for an Application Support to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain administer and troubleshoot tools used in the application deployment process
- Ensure fast automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production production experimental and disaster recovery environments
- Solve issues related to application servers and deployments
- Implement and maintain deployment automation processes
- Manage and administer Java application platforms (WebLogic GlassFish SOA/BPM OSB BAM OIM UCM)
- Work with large environments (200 servers) across production and non-production
- Manage incidents problems and service requests
- Ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs
- Participate in ongoing projects
- Perform monitoring performance analysis and reporting
- Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures
- Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams
- Participate in control and operations center activities
Qualifications :
- Experience (3 years) with: Linux / Unix systems
- Containers and platforms: OpenShift Docker
- Automation tools: Ansible Jenkins
- Java-based application servers
- Scripting knowledge: Python and Shell Script
- Experience with deployment pipelines and automation
- Team player mindset
- Portuguese required and English (written and spoken)
