Dutch-Speaking Client Expert for Trading Project - Hybrid in Portugal.
Do you want to kickstart your career in finance support for a leading trading platform while living in Portugal Our client is looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a customer service team supporting a leading trading/crypto platform.

With a diverse team across multiple countries they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
What will you do
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone chat and email in Dutch.
- Provide support to users of the trading platform including account setup verification deposits/withdrawals and trading features.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to the platform including login problems transaction delays and security concerns.
- Educate users on platform functionalities crypto transactions and best practices for account security.
- Investigate and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams (technical compliance payments).
- Log all cases in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate profile
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills
- Interest or experience in cryptocurrencies trading or fintech
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
