Your Role

Our Services teams are always aiming to improve their service performance to provide the best fitness experience anywhere.

We are looking for an energetic Service Contract Sales Specialist (M/F/X). In this role you will be responsible for organizing all local service contract sales procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts & proposals.

You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products.

Your Impact

• Achieve sales discount and DSO targets (Cash-in) related to new and renewed service contract business
• Manage service contract sales activities on equipment going out of warranty and with contracts due to expire
• Manage opportunities through all steps of the process
• Resolve invoicing queries to enable cash collection of overdue payments
• Ensure customer retention for existing service contracts
• Data and system management
• Provide proactive support to the field Sales workforce

About You

The ideal candidate is passionate about an active lifestyle enthusiastic and proactive down-to-earth and results-oriented with strong ethical values and excellent team-working skills.

What you should bring:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Fluency in English
• Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization
• Ability to manage clients requests
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
• Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
• Knowledge of after-sales activities warranty costs and related management skills
• Experience in managing client requests and complaints
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35000 and 50000 based on your level of experience technical skills and scope of responsibilities in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
