About The Role-Join a leading healthcare team as a Travel Nurse Manager Endoscopy (RN) in Concord Massachusetts. This leadership role oversees the daily operations of the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology ensuring high-quality patient care operational efficiency and compliance with established nursing standards.
This position is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse leader with endoscopy or procedural care experience who thrives in managing clinical teams and improving patient care outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities-Active RN License in Massachusetts.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience within a relevant specialty.
3 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in Endoscopy procedural care or acute care settings strongly preferred.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
