Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee patient care delivery and clinical operations. This role requires a strong combination of clinical expertise leadership experience and operational knowledge to ensure high-quality patient outcomes regulatory compliance and efficient healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage patient care delivery in a clinical setting

Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

Manage mentor and develop clinical staff

Drive process improvement and change management initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational goals

Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business operations clinical healthcare or a related field

Minimum of four (4) years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon (required at hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
-
Experience in ICU or PACU settings
