We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Manager to support leadership within Perioperative Services specifically in the Operating Room. This role assists in overseeing clinical operations ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting staff performance in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist in managing daily operations of the Operating Room and perioperative services

Support delivery of safe high-quality patient care in surgical settings

Supervise mentor and support nursing and clinical staff

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and policies
-
Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
-
Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and interdisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
-
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery
-
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business operations clinical healthcare or a related field

Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon (required at hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Surgical services experience

Perioperative (Operating Room) experience

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (American Heart Association)

Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in a related practice area
