About the role
We are excited to announce a newly created permanent opportunity for a Talent & Capability Specialist to join our this role you will provide vital support to our Talent & Capability Leads and Senior Manager diving into the exciting space of Talent Capability and Succession. You will play a key part in our Centre of Excellence focusing on organisational development managing frameworks embedding new processes and supporting governance. A significant part of your role will be providing end-to-end support for key internal talent programs. This role is ideally full-time but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements of 0.8 or 0.9 FTE for the right candidate.
What youll bring
You might have an HR degree or direct experience in the organisational development space. Or you could be someone with a genuine passion to pivot into this field bringing fantastic transferable skills. Youre a self-starter who is curious and proactive in looking for ways to continuously improve. If you have experience managing complex programs or projects from end-to-end can juggle competing priorities and have the autonomy to own your work while also working as part of an integrated team we want to hear from you. A solid understanding of data analysis and comfort assessing data to support measuring program outcomes and drawing meaningful insights will help you make an impact in the role. Productive relationships matter to you. This role engages teams across all of People & Culture and success is delivered through others making fantastic people skills non-negotiable.

We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn stay connected and collaborate effectively especially for key activities like team days 1:1s and town halls.
