Job Summary

What youll be doing

Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions within retail and consumer goods operations
Work onsite 3 days per week at clients office with flexible work arrangements
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I process optimisation and recruitment technology

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally youll have:

Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirable
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
A proactive approach to talent sourcing market mapping and creating pipelines for future needs
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
