We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their talent acquisition career who wants to develop into a strategic recruitment partner over time. Youll work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition professionals and business leaders while gaining exposure to a wide variety of roles across our engineering and consulting business.
A key part of this role will be supporting graduate and early career recruitment helping Egis build strong connections with universities and ensuring we continue to attract emerging talent into our organisation. You will also be responsible for some reporting.
You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to initiatives that strengthen our talent pipelines and employer brand.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles specifically within the early careers environment.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand early careers recruitment needs.
Coordinating and delivering graduate and early career recruitment campaigns
Preparing recruitment reports and analysing hiring data to provide insights to internal stakeholders and leadership
Building relationships with universities and student networks to strengthen Egis early talent pipeline
Attending Early Career events on behalf of Egis
Supporting interview processes candidate management and recruitment administration
Contributing to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies
This is a growth role with the opportunity to develop into a Talent Acquisition Business Partner as your experience grows.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in talent acquisition
- Some experience within recruitment (Either internal or external) is desirable.
- An interest in graduate and early careers recruitment and building university partnerships
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with recruitment data reporting and insights
- Experience using recruitment systems or sourcing tools is desireable
