職務概要

Red Hat コンサルティングチームではJEE および最新のアプリケーション設計分野の経験を持つミドルウェアコンサルタントを募集しています

本ポジションではRed Hat のミドルウェア製品を用いDevOpsCI/CDコンテナクラウド環境を前提としたプロジェクトに取り組みます顧客ビジネスにおいて実用的かつ実現可能な Red Hat ソリューションを構築するとともに顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネスニーズを理解した上で課題解決に向けた提案を行いRed Hat テクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な意思決定を支援します

またアプリケーション開発コンサルタントとしてRed Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした技術検証PoCやプロトタイピングを担当しますこれらの結果を踏まえクラウドネイティブ技術を活用したエンタープライズアプリケーション開発の効率化や継続的な機能リリースの実現に向けて顧客を支援します

本ポジションは日本全国の顧客を訪問しながら新しいテクノロジーを積極的に学びコンサルタントとしての経験を積み専門知識を深めていくことに意欲的な方に最適です

主な職務内容

• 標準ソリューションの実装について設計からデリバリーまでを責任をもって担当する

• 標準的なプロジェクトにおいて特定の製品領域のデリバリーに貢献する

• アーキテクチャー設計の具体化に貢献し担当プロジェクトにおいてタスクを積極的に遂行する

• プロジェクトのプランニングを支援しプロジェクトリーダーが設定した目標の達成に貢献する

• 顧客の期待値管理において重要な役割を担う

• 顧客環境で問題が発生した場合に関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトタスクを調整する

• Red Hat のテクノロジーサービス製品が顧客にもたらす価値やメリットを分かりやすく説明する

• Red Hat および顧客の技術リソースに対して技術的な側面から支援を行う

• 営業チームと連携し顧客環境への Red Hat 製品やサービスの導入を支援する

• 積極的に行動しプロジェクトの成功に貢献する

• チーム内および顧客との円滑なコミュニケーションを心がける

• 技術に詳しくない相手に対しても技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明する

• 顧客社内一般の聴衆に対し専門分野に関するプレゼンテーションを行う

• あらゆるコミュニケーションにおいてRed Hat のメッセージや価値観を適切に伝える

• 専門分野に関連する認定資格を保有しているRed Hat 認定資格以外も可

• Red Hat の上級レベルのトレーニングコンテンツを積極的に活用しまたは担当プロジェクトに関連する技術分野の学習に継続的に取り組む

• Red Hat トレーニングの更新内容を継続的に把握し最新の知識を維持する

• 年間の技術目標に沿って継続的なスキル向上に取り組む意欲を持つ

必須スキル

• 小規模なプロジェクトやタスクで技術的な指導や主導的な役割を果たした経験高い対人コミュニケーションスキル

• さまざまな開発および導入プロジェクトにおいて企業関係者やアーキテクトと 3年以上 直接協働した経験

• ミドルウェア技術分野における 5年以上 の実務経験と専門知識具体的にはソリューションアーキテクチャーの支援実行可能なソリューションの実装トラブルシューティングに関する実務経験

• エンタープライズ統合やソフトウェア設計パターンを含むソフトウェア開発手法オブジェクト指向設計および開発方針に関する知識

• Container Spring Boot などの Java フレームワークに関する知識

• DevOpsまたは継続的インテグレーションCIおよび継続的デリバリーCDに関連するテクノロジーの知識

• 日本全国に所在する顧客拠点への訪問に最大 100% の時間を充てることに前向きであること

プラスとなるスキル

• 以下の技術を用いたエンタープライズ向け Web またはミドルウェアによる開発プロジェクトの経験
