Job Summary
As a Sr Advanced Systems Engr here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing a team of highly skilled systems engineers in the design development and delivery of advanced systems and solutions. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our technological advancements and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.
In this role you will impact the strategic direction for systems engineering activities drive innovation and set clear objectives and expectations. You will manage project portfolios timelines budgets and resources to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and develop advanced systems and solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation and solve complex engineering challenges
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving engineering problems
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
- Mastery of knowledge in systems integration implementation and troubleshooting with a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience in leading complex system integration projects
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capability
