Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Operator
Reports To: Senior Line Leader or Production Supervisor
Group/Division: China Operations
Career Band: Band III
Job Track: Associate
Position Location: CMC Factory Shanghai PRC

Position Summary
Comply with factory management policies and complete production tasks according to established standards. Actively participate in PPI initiatives to improve work standards and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with company rules and regulations and follow management assignments
Perform production strictly in accordance with drawings process requirements or operating procedures; possess assembly and testing skills for 12 critical processes
Complete daily production tasks assigned by supervisors with assured quality; demonstrate basic troubleshooting capability
Maintain 5S standards in the assigned work area in accordance with established requirements
Work collaboratively within the team and support overtime work as required by business needs
Actively participate in PPI initiatives (Suggestion Cards and JDI) to drive improvements in work standards and efficiency
Strictly comply with company EHS procedures and regulations including Environmental Health and Safety requirements
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Technical secondary school diploma or above
Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 2 years of factory working experience; experience in the instrumentation industry is a plus
Strong awareness of safety and quality improvement with willingness and ability to learn and acquire new skills
Honest diligent and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
