Who are we looking for
Were looking for a System Administrator to join our EUC Application Packaging team.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance of GHDs EUC Application technologies to enable the winning and delivery of work to GHD clients.
In this diverse role you will:
- Administer and maintain the GHD Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment including the High-Performance Compute (HPC).
- Virtualise standard and technical applications to be used in a Global AVD deployment.
- Engage and collaborate with the IS community and business stakeholders to contribute towards successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timelines and risks are managed and escalated as required.
- Proactively monitor the performance of the AVD deployment and assist in implementing performance improvements.
- Provide level 2/3 ITIL aligned incident and problem management.
What would you bring to the team
- Have knowledge and experience with AVD and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise.
- Have experience with Azure IaaS Intune Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Have experience in a large AVD managed environment.
- Ability to pro-actively engage with a diverse stakeholder group across multi-cultural teams within.
- HPC management using Azure CycleCloud advantageous.
- Knowledge of Defender and application packaging highly regarded.
