About Us Greenbox Architecture

Founded in 2009 Greenbox Architecture is a leading Australian design practice in architecture and interior design. We specialise in mission-critical architecture for data centres health and life sciences alongside a robust interiors team focusing on commercial and workplace design. Our portfolio ranges from $400k to over $3 billion serving startups to global industry leaders.

Join Our Creative Team as an Office Administrator!

Are you highly organised proactive and eager to play a key role in a vibrant architectural studio Were looking for an Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Sydney office keeping the practice running seamlessly and supporting a passionate creative team.

This is a part-time opportunity (4 days per week) ideal for someone seeking balance while still wanting to be deeply involved in a dynamic design-led environment.

What Youll Be Doing

This is a hands-on varied role where no two days are the same. Youll manage the day-to-day rhythm of the office from handling calls and emails with professionalism to coordinating calendars meetings and travel arrangements.

Youll keep meeting rooms presentation- ready maintain well-organised project files and ensure the office and kitchen are stocked and running efficiently for both everyday work and important client meetings.

Youll also support administrative and financial processes including ordering supplies processing invoices tracking expenses and assisting with document management.

Working closely with the Practice Manager youll provide essential support to architects and project managers helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

Youre someone who thrives on organisation takes initiative and enjoys being the go-to support person in a busy office. You bring strong communication skills excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Experience in an architectural or design studio is highly regarded but not essential. What matters most is your reliability adaptability and positive attitude. This role is perfectly suited to someone who can work four days a week and is looking for a long-term meaningful position within a creative practice.
