Job Summary

Profile: Sr. Accountant-Surat-55k

Experience:Minimum3-5 yearsof experience (Manufacturing Business Experience - preferrable)

Salary Range: 50k to 55k

Roles:

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual final accounts including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and analyse profitability costs and cash flow.

Prepare product-wise / SKU-wise cost sheets and monitor costing parameters used for pricing decisions.

Ensure selling prices are based on actual costs incurred and monitor markup vs margin.

Monitor all supplier and vendor payments and release payments as per approval process.

Review and verify all payment vouchers created daily by the accounts department.

Prepare monthly stock statements and submit to banks on time.

Manage day-to-day banking operations and coordinate with banks for limits renewals and documentation.

Analyse interest costs and advise management on ways to reduce finance costs.

Prepare review and ensure timely filing of GST TDS Income Tax Professional Tax PF and ESI returns.

Check TDS reports ensure timely TDS deposits and prepare quarterly TDS working sheets for consultants.

Prepare monthly payroll register new employees in payroll software and handle PF & ESI compliance.

Submit a structured monthly written report to management highlighting profitability analysis improvement measures key financial facts risks and actionable insights. Clear presentation and logical structuring of this report is critical.

Advise CMD on cost control cash flow improvement profitability and business growth.

Study government tenders to assess eligibility and feasibility and prepare required financial documentation.

Draft professional emails letters and explanations to banks consultants and government authorities.
