Qualification:
Compensation:
- Up to 20% - 25% hike on current CTC
Reporting Structure:
- Reporting to: Business Head - Commercial
- Dotted Line Reporting: Head - HR
- Direct Reportees: 2 (1 On-roll employee 1 Off-roll resource)
Role Scope:
This is a Pan India HRBP role responsible for managing HR operations and strategic HR initiatives for the Commercial Lighting business unit supporting an employee strength of approximately 250 employees across India.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Commercial Business Head and leadership team.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies processes and people-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the commercial lighting business across India.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business requirements.
3. Performance Management & Appraisals
- Drive the performance management cycle including goal setting mid-year reviews and annual appraisals.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure fair and performance-driven evaluation.
- Support managers in performance improvement planning where required.
4. Employee Engagement
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
- Monitor employee morale and work environment to enhance retention and productivity.
- Conduct feedback sessions surveys and engagement programs.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Facilitate training programs and development initiatives for employees and managers.
- Support leadership development and capability-building programs.
6. Succession Planning
- Drive succession planning initiatives for critical roles within the business unit.
- Support leadership in identifying high-potential talent and development plans.
7. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders HR leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide HR insights and support decision-making related to workforce and organizational development.
