Job Profile
Due to an internal promotion Reeds Rains Scarborough are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent/Valuation Manager for our town centre branch to work alongside the Branch Manager.
Established in 1868 Reeds Rains hasthelocal knowledge and expertise to make the sale purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensurethe buying selling letting or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.
As a Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains you will receive:
- 40000 plus on target earnings (OTE) per annum
- Uncapped earning opportunities
- 5 day working week across 6 days (work every other Saturday)

In the role of a Valuation Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
- Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Extensive local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Ideally you will have experience working in Estate Agency as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.
A full UK driving license is essential.
