Responsibilities

- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
- Set individual and team sales goals tracking progress through regular performance reviews and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the recruitment training and professional development of the sales team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure the sales team effectively utilises CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyse market data.
- Experience in coaching mentoring and motivating a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business Marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
