BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and leading a team to deliver outstanding service. As a key member of our organisation you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio ensuring client satisfaction and driving retention and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a client-facing leadership role.
Salary: 48000 - 64000 per annum commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with our key clients acting as their primary point of contact. * Lead mentor and support the client services team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service. * Understand client needs and objectives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure these are met effectively. * Oversee the entire client service lifecycle from onboarding to project completion and ongoing support. * Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the development of new business. * Manage and resolve complex client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Analyse client feedback and performance data to implement service improvements and optimise processes. * Prepare and present regular reports on account status client satisfaction and team performance to senior management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Client Services Manager Account Manager or in a similar client-focused leadership role preferably within a consulting or professional services environment. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. * Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. * A strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to problem-solving. * Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is highly desirable.
