Responsibilities
* Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. * Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope ensuring project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately. * Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. * Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise. * Manage the project budget tracking expenditure and ensuring financial objectives are met. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients suppliers and internal teams. * Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as a Project Manager in a relevant sector. * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. * Solid organisational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in project management software tools. * A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile PRINCE2). * A professional qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable. * A bachelors degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
