Job Summary
Colliers is seeking an experienced technology professional to manage and deliver the application data and analytics solutions that support our Occupier Services across Australia.
This role is focused on the successful implementation and ongoing management of core technology platforms. You will be responsible for executing technology projects delivering robust data solutions and ensuring our client-facing teams and their clients get maximum value from our systems.
You will work closely with our Enterprise Clients teams business stakeholders and global Colliers technology functions to manage and enhance our technology offerings ensuring they are operationally sound and effectively delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead technology projects system upgrades and new platform rollouts.
- Manage daytoday performance of key lease portfolio and transaction systems.
- Manage BI and analytics outputs including dashboards reporting and handson data work using Excel SQL and BI tools.
- Support business development by providing platform expertise demonstrations and input into RFPs and proposals.
- Drive solution design client onboarding system adoption and ongoing technology support.
Qualifications :
- 812 years experience in technology data systems or analytics roles.
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Data Engineering Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in real estate property or professional services preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing teams and commercial processes.
- Experience working with regional or global technology teams.
Technical Capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365 Power BI; Azure concepts desirable).
