Were looking for a highly experienced automation and process specialist to lead the design of our next generation operational systems at our new Western Sydney Terminal.  

As the Principal Process Lead youll set the strategic direction for the processes frameworks and SOPs that power a highly automated safety critical operation. 

In this pivotal role youll translate complex technical models into simple effective end to end workflows that enable our frontline teams to deliver freight safely efficiently and on time. Partnering with experts across technology operations and compliance youll design optimal processes that meet international standards while driving performance and customer satisfaction. 

Youll have:  

  • Proven experience in process architecture and SOP development ideally in Greenfield environments. 
  • Strong background working in highly automated operational settings such as manufacturing and logistics. 
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical documentation into simple practical guidance for frontline teams. 
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to break down complex issues. 
  • Ability to work under pressure meet strict deadlines and deliver results within set timeframes. 
  • Effective communicator with strong influencing skills stakeholder management capability and the ability to gain cooperation. 
  • High levels of resilience professionalism discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency in process management tools.
