Job Summary

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Sr. Analyst Project Management you will report to the Director Transformation Management Office. You will work with teams across Global Finance along with Technology Enterprise Communications and key external partners. You will support portfolio and program managers senior leaders and cross-functional teammates to advance Finances multi-year transformation initiatives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sr. Analyst Project Management supports finance-focused projects across Nikes Global Finance organization. This role applies project management discipline analytical strength and cross-functional collaboration to help drive Finances transformational objectives. You will develop and maintain project plan support stakeholder engagement and ensure timely high-quality execution across initiatives.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in related business field; will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management process improvement and the adoption of new technologies. Program management experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in project management software (like Smartsheet) is preferred

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Sr. Analyst Project Management youll bring discipline organization and clarity to a portfolio of finance projects. Youll partner closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure work aligns with financial objectives and operational priorities. Youll deliver handson project management supportbuilding and maintaining project plans tracking milestones managing risks and issues and driving execution across teams to keep initiatives on scope on schedule and on budget.

You will build and manage detailed project schedules status reports and risk/issue logs to track progress and keep partners aligned.
You will conduct research analysis and planning support to inform project scope requirements and decision-making.
You will coordinate work across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and Finances strategic roadmap.
You will support change management activities communications and adoption planning in partnership with Change Management teams.
You will help ensure projects deliver on time within scope and within budget by applying standard methodologies tools and templates.
