Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead requirements solution design and endtoend Quote-to-Cash process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements user stories and process flows.
Act as the SME for Salesforce CPQ Billing Subscription Management and related modules.
Design and optimize quoting pricing product catalog subscriptions amendments renewals and billing flows.
Work closely with architects developers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Support data mapping integrations UAT planning training and postgolive adoption.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud.
Solid understanding of product rules pricing strategies subscription lifecycle and invoicing.
Experience with ERP or financial system integrations.
Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred:
Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with SaaS manufacturing telecom or subscription-based models.
