Job Summary
Experience you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred
- 7 years of experience in commercial construction estimating preferably in wall systems (drywall framing plaster etc.)
- Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) Bluebeam and other estimating or accounting software
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
- Deep understanding of construction methods materials and bid processes
- Exceptional analytical organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability within a team environment
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic construction environment
- Onsite role; hybrid or remote work is not offered
